Child Safety Standards

These standards describe how the Billbo: Real-World Social mobile app (“Billbo”) and the BillboTV app (together, the “Apps,” “we,” “us”) prohibit and combat child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). They apply to all users and to all content and activity in the Apps, and they supplement our Privacy Policy.

1. Our commitment

We have zero tolerancefor child sexual abuse and exploitation. The Apps may not be used to create, store, share, request, or make available any content that sexually exploits or endangers children, or to contact, groom, or harm a minor in any way. This applies to every surface of the Apps - chat messages, images, photo galleries, surveys, games, billboards, group (“gang”) messages, and anything displayed on a saloon's TV screen.

2. Prohibited content & behavior

The following are strictly prohibited and lead to immediate enforcement:

• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) - creating, uploading, sharing, requesting, or linking to any visual or written material that sexualizes a minor, including illustrated, computer-generated, or AI-generated material.
• Grooming - befriending or building trust with a child to facilitate sexual contact or abuse, online or offline.
• Sextortion - threatening or blackmailing a child using real or alleged access to intimate images.
• Sexualization of minors - depicting, describing, or encouraging the sexual abuse or exploitation of children in any form.
• Trafficking - advertising or soliciting a child for commercial sexual exploitation.
• Facilitation - using the Apps to arrange, promote, or coordinate any of the above, or attempting to move such activity to another platform.

3. Age requirement

The Apps are not directed to children and are intended for users aged 13 or older (or the higher minimum age required in your jurisdiction), as stated in our Privacy Policy. If we become aware that an account belongs to an underage user, we remove it.

4. Reporting & in-app moderation

The Apps include in-app mechanisms for users to raise concerns, and saloons are actively moderated:

• In-app reporting: saloon owners review messages from users who are not yet approved to post and can reporta sender directly from that queue. Reports are recorded against the sender's account, and an account reported by multiple distinct users is automatically restricted pending review.
• Owner moderation: saloon owners control who may post in their saloon, can delete any message, and can remove users.
• Direct reporting: anyone - including users, parents, and guardians - can report content, an account, or a child-safety concern to us at billbo@billbosaloon.com. Reports of suspected CSAE are treated with the highest priority.

If you believe a child is in immediate danger, contact your local law enforcement first.

5. How we respond

When we become aware of content or behavior that violates these standards, we take appropriate action, including:

• Removing the offending content from the Apps and our storage;
• Restricting or permanently terminating the responsible account;
• Reporting confirmed CSAMto the relevant authorities - such as the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) or the competent local authority - as required by applicable law, and preserving related data as legally required;
• Cooperating with law enforcement in investigations of child sexual abuse and exploitation.

6. Legal compliance & law enforcement

We comply with applicable child safety and child sexual abuse laws in the regions where the Apps are offered, including obligations to remove and report CSAM. We respond to valid legal requests from law enforcement relating to child safety.
